Smarter tags

• AI-powered automatic placement of buyer and seller tags on uploaded documents
• Prefilled tags now stay exactly as you entered them, even if you go back to edit the document later
• A new Prefill Mode that automatically recognizes whether you’re clicking a text box or checkbox, so it knows what to do without extra prompts

A faster signing experience

• Signature and text tags now open automatically when clicked, cutting down on extra steps
• Text entries save automatically when you click outside the tag, click another tag, or hit Tab
• Repeat signers’ signature fonts are now remembered from one document to the next
• Preferences like auto-scroll and “show other signers” stay checked for future envelopes

More control over your transactions

• Forward transaction documents straight from the platform via email, with the ability to CC yourself, customize the subject and message, and choose which documents to send
• Find Incomplete Field now locates incomplete fields anywhere in the envelope, not just the current section, and highlights exactly where to go
• Drag-and-drop reordering lets you rearrange tasks within a transaction in any order you like
• The Note to Signer field now includes a rich text editor, with support for pasting content, bold/italic/underline formatting, and bulleted or numbered lists

How it works

1. Uploading and tagging a document: Head to your transaction, go to Envelopes > New Envelope > Other Documents, and upload your file. When you click Review, AI will automatically pre-place buyer and seller tags for you.
2. Using Prefill Mode: Click the Prefill Mode toggle in the top right corner. Once it’s on, clicking any text box or checkbox instantly does what you intend — no extra menu required.
3. Signing faster: Fill in a text tag, then simply click elsewhere, click another tag, or press Tab to save it automatically. Your signature font and preferences like auto-scroll will carry forward the next time you sign.
4. Forwarding documents: In the Documents section of a transaction, click Forward Documents, enter or select a recipient, customize your subject and message, and choose which files to include.
5. Finding incomplete fields: Click Review to see which fields still need attention. Select Go to Section to jump straight there, highlighted in orange.
6. Reordering tasks: Click and hold a task, then drag it into the order you want.
7. Formatting notes to signers: At the Sign and Send step, click Note to Other Signers to paste content and format it with bold, italics, underline, or lists.
