New Time-Saving Updates to Your Transaction Workflow

Getting your transactions organized just got faster, with smarter presets, quicker entity setup, and powerful bulk actions for documents.

How it works

Entity setup: While working in the people section of an envelope (for example, a buyer offer), you’ll see a new “is entity” toggle. Turn it on to type in the entity name, add a title if needed, and choose whether that title should appear in the signature.

Presets: Click the three-dot menu (previously a gear icon) next to a preset field. From there you can add a description, save it, and set the current value as the default. New this update: you can choose to apply that default for everyone on the account, not just yourself. You can also mark a preset as read-only or remove a default to update it later.

Guided people-page questions: In the people section, you’ll now be asked who you’re representing — buyer, seller, or both. Based on your answer, follow-up questions appear automatically. For example, selecting “buyer” prompts a question about whether the seller is unrepresented, and if so, whether the seller should also sign the buyer offer. Answer yes, and you can add that seller’s information right there so they’re included as a signer.

Bulk document actions: From the documents tab of any transaction, select multiple documents to unlock a set of new actions at the top of the screen:

  1. Forward — send several documents at once (the subject line defaults to your first selected document’s title, which you can edit).
  2. Sign — selected documents open together in one envelope for signing.
  3. Download — grab everything as a single zip file with one click.
  4. Delete — remove multiple documents at once, with a confirmation step first.
  5. Archive — drag and drop a group of documents into the archive folder (or back out to unclassified).
  6. Move — drag and drop, or use the new Move button, to relocate multiple documents into a specific section, like purchase agreement, all in one action.

Why it matters

Real estate transactions rarely involve just one document or one person’s information at a time — and now your workflow doesn’t have to either. Setting up entities and account-wide presets means less repetitive data entry for you and your team, especially on transactions where the same values apply across the board. The guided people-page questions cut down on guesswork so you’re only filling in fields relevant to your specific deal. And when you’re managing a transaction with dozens of documents, the new bulk actions mean you can forward, sign, organize, or clean up your file in a handful of clicks instead of doing it one document at a time.
