Our feature latest feature release is here and there are more features coming soon. Below is the written recap of all our features detailed in this video.
Today's date vs future date.
Users can now choose between today's date (the preset) or a future date for when a listing contract or a buyer agency contract starts.
NOTE - Listing Contracts are a SMART DATE!
Option for Buyer Offer to automatically be emailed to listing agent after buyer signs.
Option to copy co-list automatically from MLS Integration.
Mortgage officer can be copied!
Coming soon, CC other people on that offer submission!
Printing partially signed envelopes.
When an envelope that has been partially signed is printed, all tags are now printed (except for signatures and date signed--these will only be printed when the user has finished their signing progress).
This allows users to print forms like the input form or the seller disclosures that are not 100% done.
Auto-scroll to next signature.
Users now have the option to select the checkbox for "Auto-scroll to next signature" in the upper left. This preference is saved and re-used for all Click users.
Adding Sellers to Buyer Offer.
If the click user is dealing with an "Unrepresented Seller" instead of listing agent, then they have the option of adding the seller contacts to the buyer offer so that they can be the last signers of the Buyer Offer.
The Seller signatures are automatically placed and when the Buyer is done signing, the Seller will receive the offer to sign.
Clause Libraries Updates.
Several sections for clauses in the buyer offer have an additional icon that when clicked open up a clause library with the relevant options of clauses for that specific contract grouped by category.
The user can select the clauses they want to include and after clicking on the "Use clause" button can then proceed to edit and customize the clauses.
This makes the buyer offer form much shorter to fill out (about 30 questions were removed) and more user friendly.
The same was done with the Amendment, Counter Offer, and Addendum form.
Editing Presets within the Form.
Users can now set, edit and remove preset answers for questions directly within any form, as well as making any questions read-only (not editable).
They simply have to click on the gear icon that shows up in each question to access these options.
Next required fields button.
Now all the required field will be always highlighted.
Removed "eye" button to jump to the next required field.
To jump to the next required field now you can click on the orange button.
Revoke invitations to users.
If you want to remove an invitation that you made to another person to join your click account, you can now do so from the Users screen and clicking on the "Manage User" option and then on the "Revoke Invite" button.
Ability for users to edit the Form settings after clicking on the Create button.
After users click on the Create button, they can click on the settings icon for the specific form they want to edit and this will open up a modal where the user can edit the Form Name, the Form Description, the Category where the Form is located, the preset Approvers, Signers and Carbon Copy recipients for the Form and the status of the Form (they can set it to Active or Inactive).
In order to access this feature, the user needs to have the "Edit" permission for "Form Settings".
Ability for users to edit the Form Categories after clicking on the Create button.
If a user has the "Edit" permission for "Form Settings", they can click on the "Edit Categories" link at the top. They can then change the order of the categories, the names of the categories and the category for each form.
Ability for Transaction Coordinates to toggle between different accounts if they work with more than one team.
The transaction coordinator can simply change accounts by clicking on the icon of their photo on the bottom left.
Ability to enable reminders for signers who have not yet signed.
When creating an envelope, a user can choose if they want reminders sent to the document owner or the rest of the signers as well as establishing the frequency in hours, days or weeks and the maximum number or reminders to be sent (5 maximum are allowed so that the reminders do not become spam).
The settings for reminders can be changed at any point by clicking on the the specific envelope from the dashboard.
Better navigating from "Edit" button of an envelope.
If an envelope has already been created, the user is automatically sent to the "Review & edit" section. If an envelope is in the draft stage, the user is automatically sent to the "People" section.
Option to clone an envelope with tags.
When a user clicks on the "Clone" button, they will now have two options: "Clone to edit" (in which all previous custom tags are lost, but the user is cloning to edit the contract) or "Clone to sign" (in which all previous custom tags are recovered and the user does not intend to edit the contract, but simply resend it to sign).
This second feature is particularly useful when the agent detects that there is any of the tags for the Listing Input form or the Seller Disclosures were incorrectly signed/filled out.
The "Create" button is now visible from the dashboard on mobile.
Ability for envelope creator to pre-seed rich text tags.
When a form such as the Listing Input form is created, the envelope creator can pre-seed any of the checkboxes or rich text tags which the signer can later modify if they want to.
This is particularly helpful for Stagers and VAs to help agents pre-seed the Listing Input form even though the agent provides the final approval and signature.
New strikethrough tag.
Users can use this new tag to strikethrough lines of a text in a pdf.
Improved visibility of applied filters on dashboard page.
Some users were having difficulties finding recently created envelopes because their own filters were filtering them out.
The applied filters are now transparently exposed at all times so that the user can see them and remove them with a single click (instead of needing to click into the filters first before removing them.
