The Click contracts development team has been extremely busy and putting out more amazing new features. This weeks update is packed with some awesome feature releases and we’re out to share those with you!
DETAILS on the New Features:
Drawing Tool for Well and Septic:
New tools to draw and create the Location Map directly in click. Users can select whether they want to upload, create or skip the location map when relevant. If they choose to create it, they will have the option to add drawing elements (such as property, street, well, subsurface sewage, lines, etc.) to a canvas, resize them, move them, rotate them, etc. When they are done adding and adjusting the elements, the location map will be created for them.
PDF Slicer:
New functionality to remove pages from a pdf. Users can now remove specific pages from pdfs that originate from the MLS integration or that they have uploaded themselves in a very simple and intuitive way. This feature had been requested by many users in the past.
Signing Order:
Ability to change the signing order. Users can now change the order in which recipients sign. This feature is blocked for some signers when changing the order would not make sense for that signer in specific Click templates.
Strikethrough:
New strikethrough tag. Users can now add strikethrough at the Review & Edit stage of any envelope.
Additional Text on Questions:
Option for accounts to add additional text to any question on a form. Users who have the permissions to edit the form settings for their account can click on the gear icon of any question to edit the description section. The text that is inputted in the description section will automatically be displayed below the standard text for the question for all users in that account. This allows accounts to provide additional custom explanations, clarifications or instructions to a question.
Simple Text Tags:
Simplification of text tags. Users will now have access to a single text tag that includes all possible features available to a text tag. Previously there were two different versions of a text tag with different functionalities which caused some confusions for users.
Better Filters:
Improved visibility for applied filters on main dashboard. Users can now see all filters they currently have applied to their envelopes without needing to click on the Filters button. Users can now remove each filter with a single click (previously this required two clicks).
Bug Killers:
Multiple bugs were fixed and other minor enhancements were included in this release.
Stay tuned for more awesomeness coming from Click!
