We are elated to bring you more value this week with some amazing new improvements to Click.
DETAILS on the New Features:
New Interface for Roles and Permissions.
All accounts automatically start out with four different roles by default: "Super Admin" (for users with all permissions), "Admin" (for users that can change permissions for other users and edit presets on forms but can't change billing, account name or account logo), "Envelope Access" (for users to see and edit everyone else's envelopes) and "Standard" (for users who can only see and edit their own envelopes).
Teams can create their own custom roles and/or edit permissions for existing roles.
The only protected role is the "Super Admin" (role name and permissions cannot be modified and there always needs to be at least one user from each team with this role). Every user is assigned to a specific role and managing users and roles is now more intuitive than ever.
Enhanced Image Cropping Functionality.
Changing the team logo or the user profile picture is now much easier as images can be cropped, shrunk, etc.
New Sign/Decline Tag Option.
For custom signature tags that you place, you can now give the signer the option to decline. This will either result in their signature or the word "Declined" followed by their initials. To do this, simply select the signature tag and click on the checkbox in the modal that says "Allow signer to decline signature".
New Forms:
The Non-Exclusive Buyer Representation is now available for the first time on both the Buyer-Broker Agreement form and the Buyer Offer form.
The Individual Document Buyer form now includes: Earnest Money Receipt, Personal Property, Seller Rent Back Agreement, Buyer's Early Move In Agreement, Location Map
The Individual Document Seller form now includes: Personal Property, Seller Rent Back Agreement, Buyer's Early Move In Agreement, Location Map
Enhancements to Forms:
You can now include a Buyer Representation contract at the same time as you create a Listing contract.
You can now include carbon copies on the signed purchase agreement that gets sent by Click to the Listing Agent (if you activate this automation on the Buyer Offer form).
The arbitration disclosure can now be uploaded or created on the Buyer Offer form.
The Coming Soon and Certificate to Withhold dates can now be "smart" dates if you choose "the day this contract is signed" for the date (this will automatically show the current date to each person that is signing and print the date that the last person signed on the final contract) or you can select a future specific date. This feature already existed for Listing Agreements.
Stay tuned for more awesomeness coming from Click!
