Feature Update : The New Seller’s Disclosure System Makes Completion Effortless

Sellers now get a guided, step-by-step path through their disclosure — and agents get a complete form back without lifting a finger.

What’s new

Click Contracts has introduced a smarter Seller’s Disclosure experience. Tags are already placed for the seller before they ever open the document, and the system now guides them through each item one at a time, highlighting exactly what needs a response next.

How it works

  • Tags are pre-placed. There’s nothing for the agent to set up — the disclosure arrives ready to go.
  • The system highlights one item at a time, showing the seller precisely what to fill out next.
  • Only relevant questions appear. If a seller answers “no,” related follow-up fields simply don’t show up, keeping the form free of clutter.
  • Answering “yes” reveals what’s needed. For example, selecting “yes” highlights an additional required selection, or opens a text box for the seller to add details.
  • Nothing gets missed. If a seller skips a required item, the system pulls them back and shows them exactly what still needs attention.

The result: sellers move through their disclosure in a logical, guided sequence, and every required field gets completed along the way.

Why it matters

For agents, this means receiving a complete Seller’s Disclosure on the first pass — no chasing down missing signatures or unanswered questions, no back-and-forth to fix an incomplete form. For sellers, it means a clear, guided experience that only ever asks for what’s actually relevant to them, so filling out a disclosure feels straightforward rather than overwhelming.

Seller’s disclosures have never been this easy — for your sellers or for you.
